TransCommercial Logistics has a rigorous methodology around managing your business.  The vital relationships between our people and our customers are formed, developed, enhanced and become long-lasting through intelligent, deliberate Account Management.  TransCommercial Logistics will establish a customer’s operations center at our offices to support the account and be the single point of contact for all services.  
This operations center will be led by a strategic Customer Success Manager and a dedicated team to provide our business partners services to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).  This SOP will document the account processes which will be followed to ensure service requirements are met and to standardize processes across all facilities.  We will provide a dedicated 800 line with direct access to the account team.
